Resident Evil 6 Flags Night was a collaboration event between Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, Capcom U.S.A., and GameSpot made to promote Resident Evil 6.

Cultural impact[edit]
The event was held on October 6, 2012. The event included Resident Evil 6 game demo stations where prizes could be won. The event involved granting perks to those who purchased the game from GameSpot or preordered it starting on August 30, 2012. The perks included;. Admission discount to Six Flags Fright Fest. One free haunted traction voucher. Exclusive ride time on certain coasters.
As another promotion for the event, Six Flags hosted the "Resident Evil 6: Fright Fest Getaway national sweepstakes". The winner would receive a VIP trip for two at any US Six Flags to experience their Fright Fest event (which included the Resident Evil 6 Flags event) with free admission, front line privileges, meal vouchers and Resident Evil 6 merchandise.
